The kitchen area is equipped with a Dometic CFX3 75L Dual Zone fridge, 9” deep undermount sink with extendable faucet, an electric seaflo water pump, a fully powered microwave, a 42 gallon fresh water tank and an exterior based 7 gallon gray water tank. You will have all the space you need with a big counter and extra counter slab above the microwave. Jackson does not come with cooktop, as many people choose to cook outdoors or use portable options. Jackson has a Dometic cassette toilet stored under the microwave that easily pulls out for use with space inside the cabinet for storing tablets or toilet paper. The overhead storage cabinets are perfect for holding food, clothes, books, pet supplies, and anything else that deems a necessity on the road! If you are in need of charging phones, laptops, tablets, etc. Jackson has 4 outlets with usb plugs. All are run off of the Goal Zero 3000w lithium battery that is stationed in the garage of the van. The Goal Zero powers the entire interior from lights to outlets to the fridge. Even the two Maxxair fans up top! With 200w of solar on the roof, you’ll have plenty of power to keep you on the road longer and if not, hooking up to the shore power plug is always an option. If you are someone who travels with your pets, the storage space under the fixed bed is a cozy nook for your dogs or cats! It keeps them comfortable while you’re moving around in the van.
