Cargo van model (no windows on sides for privacy) This van was purchased in 2020 with the intention of turning it into a camper van, but plans have changed. I started doing the work to convert it, but have been too busy lately and haven’t worked on it in a few months. Although it may not seem very far along, many of hours of work have gone into this. Here is a list of what all has been done. - installed Kilmat sound deadener throughout entirety of van; floors, walls, ceiling, behind headboard panel (everywhere except behind dood panels) - Installed Maxxair MaxxFan in van ceiling (remote available) - Installed spray foam insulation on walls and ceiling - none on floor - Installed plywood subfloor - Installed double seater (one piece) back seat towards the front of the vehicle. These seats are removable. They clip into the brackets which are mounted to the floor. Vehicle seating capacity: 4. There is no photo showing the seats, just the brackets. The seats are Ford Transit seats from a passenger model van. - window covers available for every window. Reflectix on one side, black sheet on the other - Installed cruise control; great for long drives, or any drives really. This vehicle did not come with any cruise control. - Installed class 4 hitch to match the the vehicle’s towing capabilities In addition to what has been done to the vehicle, the following supplies is available and comes with the vehicle: - Kilmat sound deadener, almost 1 full box. There is no need to put more because everywhere is covered, but there is extra. - Wiring. Running the wiring was my next step, but I never got to it. I am in no rush to sell this. I just figured someone else can benefit from it more than I will be anytime soon. The title is clean. I have a lien on the vehicle, and have the money to pay the balance, but will not do so until someone is interested in the van. It takes about 10 - 14 days to receive the clear title in the mail.
