Seller's Description

The chassis was purchased and put into service in 2025. There is still 2 years of factory warranty remaining on the chassis. The campervan build is a high quality build, intended for all 4 seasons of use. All van body panels and wheel wells were treated with sound deadening mats prior to camper build, making the van extra quiet going down the highway. The van is fully insulated, making it very efficient without condensation issues during use in all seasons. The floor is fully insulated with high density foam boards. The walls are double insulated with 3M thinsulate and VanLife reflective foam duck liner. All areas unable to insulate with thinsulate have spray foam insulation installed. All plywood framing and paneling used are high quality birch plywood with all joints glued and pocket screwed together. All wood supporting structure is bolted to the van chassis and body supports. The MaxxAir deluxe ceiling fan is whisper quiet and operates in both directions. There is a Velit gasoline heater installed under the passenger seat to heat the rear of the van and controlled by thermostat on the wall. The water system is designed to be quickly changed out and all season use with both potable and grey water tanks. A Jackery solar generator is used to power a 12v electrical system with separate fuse panel capable of supporting off grid camping for up to a week without a charge. 12v ICECO fridge/freezer is included. Insulated blackout window shades for every window. Magnetic bug screen for sliding door opening for easy sealing and access. Tons of extra storage under the RV queen size bed. 2” receiver hitch for pulling boat or various hitch mounted racks, such as a bike rack. We have truly enjoyed building this van and using it for a full year of camping trips and skiing trips to ensure its functionality. It pulls a 17’ aluminum boat with ease. It handles mountain terrain well. The van gets excellent fuel mileage and gasoline parking heater is super efficient. Everything works and is ready for the next owner’s adventures. A full listing of build materials and progress photos are available to serious buyers.
