I am selling a 2018 Ford Transit 250 High Roof regular wheel base converted van. The van has extremely low mileage (about 17,500 currently) and has not gotten the proper use, so I am regretfully selling it. The van was built out by a carpenter in 2018 and has been very lightly used since. Runs perfectly and is in like-new condition. I am the original owner, clean title, and it’s not been in any accidents. High roof allows most people to stand up comfortably within the main cabin area of the van (I am 6’2” and have plenty of room to stand). Key Features: Swivel Passenger Seat: Front passenger seat can turn 180 degrees to allow for more open concept and additional seating/lounging while parked. LED Overhead Lighting: Three overhead dimmable LED puck lights, each on their own switch. You could easily add more lighting on any of the three switches if desired. Bench seating w/ attachable Lagun mounted table : Conveniently dine or work on-the-go with an easily attachable table, perfect for meals or a mobile workspace. Vent Fan: A centrally located Maxxair vent fan with remote control. Additionally comes with metal window inserts so that you can securely keep driver and passenger windows open to allow for airflow while awake and sleeping. Sink: A stainless steel sink with foot pump lever to get water flowing. A 10 gallon stainless steel fresh water tank and a 5 gallon grey water tank within the vanity. Insulation: Entire cabin of van is insulated with both rock wool and rigid foam board insulation. Insulation covered with a foil vapor barrier to maximize insulative value. Screens: Full door magnetic screens in the front and rear of the van to allow airflow but minimize bugs. The side door and back doors can be fully enclosed with easily openable and closable screens.
