You may also want to install a diesel heater and connect it to the fuel tank (this was my original plan). 🔧 THE VAN - 2015 Ram ProMaster 2500 Diesel - 86,000 miles - Glow plugs, DEF pump and PCM (the computer) have already been replaced. - Please note: cosmetic wear on driver side from minor parking/gas station incidents—no structural damage or accidents. Front driver fender has a small crack in the plastic trim and missing fog light; rear driver side has a scrape/indent. these are purely aesthetic and do not affect the driving. ⚠️ KNOWN ISSUE — PLEASE READ The DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) tank needs to be replaced. I have a quote of approximately $6,000 for the fix. This is reflected in the asking price — a fully sorted ProMaster conversion with this build spec would sell for significantly more. With the pump and PCM recently replaced, once the tank is replaced (and with its relatively low miles) the bigger repairs that are typical for this vehicle will be done. I imagine she will be good to go for quite a while after that. I'm selling as-is, considering the repair needed plus the cosmetic damage and pricing honestly so the right buyer can factor in the repair and still get a great deal.
