Seller's Description
Meet Marshmallow! π 2015 Ram ProMaster 2500 Diesel 2500, 159 wheelbase, FWD β Partially Converted Camper Van | Need to sell by end of April - motivated to sell! A serious head start on your dream build β most of the hard (and expensive) work is already done. **There is a repair needed, which is reflected in the asking price - see below for more info** π [Boulder] | Asking $17,500 OBO ββ π SOLAR & ELECTRICAL - 4x Renogy 100W solar panels (400W total) - 3x Dakota Lithium 100Ah batteries (300Ah total) - Renogy charge controller & inverter - outlets / extra wires run throughout for charging and/or adding new appliances This is a robust, capable off-grid power setup β retail value on these components alone is over $4,000. ποΈ THE BUILD - Havelock wool insulation throughout - Cedar wall paneling (most of the van β a few corners to finish) - back doors are now insulated and paneled as well, just need some paint. - Full-size bed with pull-out storage drawers underneath - Pull-out table - Two benches β one with storage, one housing a dual-zone 12v Whynter fridge - 32-gallon water tank that fits over wheel well with pump (plumbing run, ready to connect to a sink) - opening skylight above bed - maxxair fan installed - dimming ceiling lights - live edge shelf with copper piping - Wrap-around windows - Ample space and infrastructure for a kitchen build - camp chef two burner / oven thrown in if desired. - ladder thrown in if desired (I took this off when I had new back doors installed and never put it back on). The van is very liveable as-is and just needs finishing touches and a kitchen and maybe some extra cabinets to be complete. You may also want to install a diesel heater and connect it to the fuel tank (this was my original plan). π§ THE VAN - 2015 Ram ProMaster 2500 Diesel - 86,000 miles - Glow plugs, DEF pump and PCM (the computer) have already been replaced. - Please note: cosmetic wear on driver side from minor parking/gas station incidentsβno structural damage or accidents. Front driver fender has a small crack in the plastic trim and missing fog light; rear driver side has a scrape/indent. these are purely aesthetic and do not affect the driving. β οΈ KNOWN ISSUE β PLEASE READ The DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) tank needs to be replaced. I have a quote of approximately $6,000 for the fix. This is reflected in the asking price β a fully sorted ProMaster conversion with this build spec would sell for significantly more. With the pump and PCM recently replaced, once the tank is replaced (and with its relatively low miles) the bigger repairs that are typical for this vehicle will be done. I imagine she will be good to go for quite a while after that. I'm selling as-is, considering the repair needed plus the cosmetic damage and pricing honestly so the right buyer can factor in the repair and still get a great deal. Ready to sell and open to reasonable offers. ββ This is ideal for someone who wants to skip the hardest parts of a van build β the electrical, insulation, and structural work are done β and just wants to put their own finishing touches on it. All components are quality brands and have been well maintained. Serious enquiries only please. Happy to answer questions and arrange a viewing. More photos and/or carfax report upon request!
