2010 Freightliner Sprinter Van 206,2xx miles Recent work done to vehicle (within the last 10k miles): New Battery 04/10 Oil Change 04/02 New (refurbished from NAPA) brake calipers, new rotors and pads Rims and tires from a 2024 Sprinter, I believe they have about 10k miles on them now. Replaced driveshaft, tie rod ends, rear diff oil change Transmission work completed and torque converter replaced (done by AAMCO) Interior: I used rivnuts and hurricane bolts to attach everything to the metal in van so there is no random framework behind the walls or ceiling. Walls and ceiling have kilmat and 3m Thinsulate, stock floor has Reflectix R-21 under it for a little insulation barrier. All interior was made to be removed if needed. All cabinets are made from cabinet grade ¾” birch plywood (except for battery bank/bench. Both seats have swivel mounts, passenger seat has a diesel heater. There is an extra ‘just in case’ fuse under the driver’s seat. Upper cabinets have Hafele hinges and push to latch handles. Soft cabinet has extra support to keep it from sagging. Bug wall screen in the rear. Kitchen: 2 burner propane stove, 4 drawers with soft close undermount slides, Dometic 95 liter fridge/freezer and a custom sliding shelf (500 lb slides) Sink: Dometic rechargeable faucet tapped into and 40-gallon water tank. 13”x13” stainless steel sink that drains into a 6 gallon ‘grey’ water jug with a quick connect adaptor. Electrical Cabinet: Renogy 50 amp dc to dc charger with mttp, 3 renogy - 200 deep cycle agm batteries, renogy 2000 watt pure sine wave inverter/charger. 110v plugs at front and rear of cabinet but everything else is 12v. Bed Cabinet: Full size 8” foam mattress from Costco, custom sunbrella mattress cover that allows it to fold in half. Sailboat pullies used to make the mattress collapse and fold into place, Door reinforcement locks used to hold cabinet shut. 12 v charging in bed cabinet. Roof/exterior: 2- 200 Watt renogy solar panels, Dometic RTX 2000, MaxxAir Deluxe fan, Flatline Van Co. Low Pro Roof Rack Customized. Swapped the left and right sides with each other and ordered new wider crossbars from 80/20 so the solar panels would fit side by side, used hurricane bolts to attach the crossbars because they have a bigger head that the provided bolts from FVCO. Custom ladder rack attached to the roof rack and additional attachment with seasucker mounts providing ample attachment to the van, had little to zero rattle form my 28ft ladder. Best part is it can be turned into a bord rack or storage rack because it is made from 80/20. Brush guard and lights added to the front end, aluminum prime design ladder on the rear doors. Front grill swapped out for one with a Mercedes emblem. Suspension: Sumo springs added to rear and bump stops added to front and rear
