Seller's Description
Bought new in '22 and built with the intention of being able to spend a month entirely off grid. Lived out of it for 2 years and used for short trips occasionally since. Selling because life circumstances changed. No mechanical issues, oil always changed on time or before, all manufacturer recalls have been taken care of. Gets between 16 and 18mpg. Structure/MISC: •Bed can be set up for one or two people, when used for two the mattress halves store on top of one another during the day. •Slide out tray under the bed was designed to hold 3 bicycles with front wheels removed, could be repurposed for many things. •Enough room for four 27 gallon totes in front of tray under bed, used for long term storage. Four additional Milwaukee Packout organizers (or other small tray like things) fit on top of the totes. •Inside was meant to be a workshop more than a living space, hence the copious counter space. •As an aid to above, also copious amounts of storage, top two drawers on drivers side were specifically meant to be shallow tool box style drawers. •Both front seats on Scopema offset swivels, driver's is very effective as a computer workstation with the monitor on an arm. •Heavy blackout curtains let you partition off different parts of the van for different use cases. •Access to water, electric, and compressed air at the back doors, works as a primitive shower, gear hose down area, and work area. •Chemical toilet stored under fridge, I almost never used it. •Brush guard holds 1 of 2 light bars, amber fog lights, and a flagpole with a starlink antenna on top. Selling with starlink hardware. •Aggressive all terrain tires with plenty of life left, 2 spare wheels with the same tires. •LED headlights, additional reverse lights, and a truck light bar on the ladder rack for WAY more visible brake and turn signals. Climate Control: •Spray foam in walls and ceiling, XPS in the floor. •15k BTU heatpump on the roof keeps it comfy inside from 40f-90f exterior temp, purposely placed directly over the bed for reduced cooling need while in bed. •Webaso gasoline fired heater is plumbed directly into the van tank and keeps it warm down to roughly -20f •Maxx Fan keeps air moving quite well. •Magnetic closing bug screens over side and rear doors let you invite the outside in while keeping the less desirable aspects of outside out. •Window vents and reflective covers for all front windows, even the Maxx Fan. Electrical: •1200ah of LiFePO4 battery •800w solar array •3000w inverter (enough to run the AC and cook at the same time) •30a onboard charger. •30a shore power hookup with automatic transfer switch. •300a solenoid between house and starter battery for manual alternator charging, tested and it works, never used it. •2 zone dimmable LED strip lighting, not pretty but very functional. Water: •40 gallon fresh water tank, fill is just inside sliding door for security. •6 gallon gray water tank, must be dumped manually. •1.25 gallon Travel Berky for drinking water. •Electric water pump attached to sink with another line run to the back doors. -No water heater, I used the cooktop if I needed hot water. Kitchen: •Working faucet and a large sink. •Cutting board cover for said sink. •1800w induction cooktop, stores in either top passenger side drawer when not in use. •Dometic CFX3 95DZ powered cooler on slides acts as the fridge. Went with a powered cooler because I could fit more stuff in it. Damage: •Various rock chips on the hood, only one is noticable from a distance. •Back doors have rock chips on the bottom 6 inches or so, a small shallow dent in the bottom corner of the right one, and minor scratches high on the left one. •Minor scratches on bottom of passenger side door •Small pieces of cosmetic vinyl wrap have been peeled off in various places. •Rust on hitch receiver, none on body or frame. This van served me well for years, it took me on a number of adventures, it saw me beaming with joy, nearly frozen, passed out from heat, and covered in inches of mud. Though I can no longer make proper use of it, I hope someone else can.
