Seller's Description

Full disclosure: This is on sale as a conversion van, but needs a battery replacement and I can’t do that. Not a dealbreaker? Read on… As is, it has a solar panel and inverter and outfitted with a sink, mini fridge, ceiling fan, lights, portable toilet, grill, and bed. A 2 axle, ex-Airforce van with only 50,000 miles, the engine has a lot of life left in it and passed a California smog test with flying colors in March 2026. Electrical - 200AHr Renogy AGM battery that NEEDS TO BE REPLACED - 175 watt flexible Renogy solar panel - Renogy 30 amp DC/DC charge controller with MPPT that will charge the battery while driving. The unit can also trickle charge the vehicle battery using solar so no need to worry about getting stranded without a jump. - 700 watt Renogy inverter providing power to 2 x 110v outlets, 2 x 12v cigarette lighter sockets, and 3 x twin USB ports The Renogy Bluetooth mobile phone app allows monitoring of the power coming through the solar panel, alternator, and status of the battery. Water - 3 x 7 gallon fresh water tanks - 1 x 7 grey water tank The sink has a cold water tap with water pressure supplied by a 12v marine water pump. There is also a 12’ hose with an adjustable pressure Stonestream showerhead that can be used out the back door or through the front driver side window. A portable pop up shower stall is included for washing outdoors. Appliances - Midea 110v 2.3cu.f compressor mini fridge with freezer shelf - Maxxair ceiling fan with a switch for changing in/out airflow - Overhead lights The cab area is clean and the seats come with waterproof seat covers. There is a central display showing either a rear reversing camera view or a blindspot mirror camera that can be changed with the click of a button. A privacy curtain and lockable sliding gate separate the cab from the back of the van. The rear is insulated with PIR board along the floor, walls, and ceiling. I slept warm enough in this while overwintering in Montana. In the summer, keep cool by opening up the back and attaching a magnetic strip “screen door” to keep bugs out. Two small windows in the back door and a large skylight in the ceiling let in a lot of natural daylight. The Midea mini fridge is 2.3cu.f with a freezer shelf and temperature adjuster. The ceiling fan has a thermostat and can run on an air intake or exhaust setting. A hinging table opposite the bed can be used as a side table if seated on the bench, as an additional table top, or as a desk work station when sitting on the bed. Under the bed is a full size new spare tire, a set of wheel chocks, and a generous amount of storage space. Five soft sided storage bins can be used for clothing and fit under the bed or the area under the bench seating, along with the Thetford Porta Potti 365. Besides these, there are several different storage cabinets around the living space. Considering the age of the vehicle, the bodywork is okay. The biggest issue is the corner of the box on the passenger side is damaged. An enterprising person could weld it, but I just stuck a bunch of flextape on there and haven’t had any issues so far. There are some scrapes and dings that I’ve just been touching up as they occur. Repainting is an option, of course, but it’s stealthy enough if not exactly friendly looking. I haven’t attracted any attention even in places that are particular about oversized vehicle parking. It’s a little less than 10’ high with the roof hatch closed and is actually slightly shorter than a lot of the more common Sprinter-type models out there, I think about 18’ long. The dimensions of the living area are 140”x88”x78” (or 356x223x198cm).
