I have a Clean and Clear Title in my name. Mechanically in excellent condition. - 4 brand new Bridgestone Ecopia tires. - Four wheel alignment at time of tire replacement - Battery new within last year. - During the recent annual NC State inspection I had my mechanic give it a full check up and everything is in working order and great shape. - 18-24 MPG - No fluid leaks of any kind. - All glass is in perfect shape. No cracks or blemishes. - Body has no bangs or dents except a couple of parking lot dings that I couldn't even capture in a picture. Interior is also in very good shape. - 3rd row seats are in the van in the stowed position. - Middle bucket seats are removed and stored in my garage. Massive storage in that cavity now. - All upholstery is in excellent shape with no stains or funky orders. - New 33" wide 8" thick mattress on a set of Ikea Luroy bed slats for comfort and ventilation. Has been covered with mattress cover seen in pictures from day one....Oh so comfy. - small amount of storage underneath as I didn't want a platform bed that I could not set up on. Currently holds a 100 watt Rockpals Solar panel that is included in asking price sale. - Set Power 12 volt Fridge included in asking price sale. - I think picture show all the different storage areas from the pull out bin next to the bed and passenger sliding door to the area accessible from the hatch back that currently houses a coleman folding table, a shade canopy that can be attached to the rear or side of the van (never taken out of storage bag ) and a Nemo 2.5 gal shower bag with foot pump. ALL INCLUDED with asking price sale. - There is a Jackery Explorer 300 to run the fridge and charge all of your electronics or CPAP as well. This can be charged via the Rockpals 100 watt solar panel OR via a cigarette lighter when you are traveling. Selling to get something with a "wife approved" bathroom in it so we can go together. Sorry, but the cute little black dog doesn't convey at any price offered. She's my buddy!
