Specs: • 197k miles • 3.6L V6 gas • Front-wheel drive • 136” wheelbase (compact) • High roof • Regular maintenance & oil changes Build: • Custom hardwood build (redwood & pine accents) • Fixed bed w/ storage drawers • Large countertop + copper sink (foot pump) • Ample cabinetry/storage • Built-in lights & outlets (Goal Zero Yeti 400X + Orion Smart DC-DC off engine) • Insulated for year-round use Known Issues (priced accordingly): • Recently had a minor coolant leak (possible head gasket). Est. $5k repair ($7k new engine). Added head gasket sealer Fall 2025 — Drives totally fine; haven’t had to top off coolant since, but could be future issue. • Defrost/vent not at full capacity (AC & heat work).
