This van has a clean title and has 2026 Georgia emissions and registration. The tires are Falken wildpeak at4w tires with about 23,000 miles on them. There is a ghost key ignition and security system installed. I'm a contractor and work all over the country. I built this van out so I would have a home away from home when working. I would say at least 85% of the mileage is highway driving. The roof box is custom made and has a lot of storage. It looks heavy but it weighs around 35lbs without the solar panel. It is also very aerodynamic, it has made no difference to the mileage or ride quality. There is a 200w tilting solar panel on the roof box and 4 tie downs for a small kayak etc. The wires from the solar panel run inside the box and through the roof and inside the door frame and come out behind the passenger seat. That means solar energy can be collected while driving. The solar panel can also be removed from the roof attached to a long cable, placed in the sun, then you can park in the shade and still get solar. There are 2 draws at the back for storage and underneath them is more storage, there is also an area for mechanical fluids/spare parts/ car jack etc.(garage area) The mattress is a 78" x 38" tri fold 6" (twin XL ) memory foam and there's a good 8 inches still left on the bed platform. The bed platform is in 7 sections and can convert from bed mode to dinette mode in a couple of minutes. The dinette table is on a lagoon post so it can swivel around and there are 2 seats with storage under each seat. The carpet is new and there is a space for a cooler style fridge freezer, portable power station and computer all in this area. The boxes along the passenger side are useful storage containers and you can put a small microwave on the top.. The fold down shelf inside the passenger sliding door is good for sitting a small stove on for cooking and there is a shelf underneath to store the stove. Under that shelf is also a storage area where water tanks can be installed. There are newly installed rain guards and screens for all 4 opening windows. The tailgate tent takes around 5 minutes to install and it comes with a rain fly. There is another tailgate screen tent that just screens off the tailgate, and has an awning attached to it.
