Seller's Description

I'm selling my custom converted Ford E-250 with 127,897 miles on it. I love this van a ton and have had great adventures in it but I'm moving abroad and can't take it with me! I have reduced the listing price by 26% as I have to sell this soon! I am the third owner. First owner was an oil company in MA, then it was owned, but not driven, by the second owner who bought it for the purpose of building it out and selling it. I bought it in January 2021. Mechanically, the car is in great condition and runs smoothly. I've had it maintained at Bill Pierre Ford in Lake City while in my ownership. Recently got a new alternator and serpentine belt. Some facts and features: -Solar panels on the roof provide electricity for the conversion. I have never had any issues powering everything (fridge, laptop, phone, fan, lights etc. all running simultaneously) even during long stretches of low sun exposure. -Refrigerator -Built in lighting -Inverter with USB port and plugs for charging phones/computers/using other electronic devices -Ceiling vent fan with retractable hood -Wood panelling and wool insulation on all wall and ceiling surfaces -Wood floors -Sink basin with 3 gallons each fresh and grey water tanks. There is an electric water pump system to run water from the tap; I personally never use the pump as I find it loud and finicky and using the sink without it is very easy, but it's there if you want it -Wood countertop with retractable desk extension -Retractable end table built into the side door -Ample storage in the blue cabinets, beneath the bed, and in the headboard which is great to use as a hamper. I have storage containers helpful for organizing things that fit right in to the cabinets and can be sold with the van if desired -Wood slat retractable bedframe -- couch converts into bed easily fitting 2 people; just pull out the extension and lay the back cushion flat! (As someone who is 6ft tall and needs to be fully extended to sleep well -- this is my FAVORITE part of the build. For tall folks, having the bed run up and down the length of the van, rather than side to side as most conversions do it, is so key -- so much more comfortable!) -Never used portable potty that fits underneath the custom wood center console. In case of emergency! -Curtain for separating front cab from the back, helpful for privacy All of the above is original to the initial build done by the 2nd owner I bought it from. Since then, I have also added: -Custom insulated magnetic window coverings perfectly sized for each individual window, they make stealth urban camping easy -Fingerprint activated safe for storing valuables; installed beneath bedframe -Custom-installed Apple CarPlay compatible center screen with enhanced sound system and rear-view backup camera -Steering wheel lock to deter theft The van has never been involved in any accidents; however there was one attempted theft which created an issue for the front passenger's side door lock: it cannot be unlocked from the outside; however it functions normally from the inside. I had a locksmith look at it; he said that he thinks it is not just the lock itself but something about the door so it would be a bigger undertaking than just replacing the lock, so I didn't have it done as in my opinion it's probably not worth it since the functionality impact is so minor, but if this is an issue I'm happy to discuss options. Happy to meet locally in Seattle or nearby for anyone interested to take a look. Let me know!
