Seller's Description

2021 Ford Transit Professional Van Conversion | AWD | 15,000 Miles | 630AH Lithionics Battery Bank | Clean Title Price: $37,000 OBO This is a 2021 Ford Transit High Roof AWD with 15,000 miles and a professional-grade van conversion that's roughly 70% complete. Clean title, drives great, no accidents. The expensive, time-consuming work — electrical routing, insulation, aluminum framing, component mounting — is already done. You're finishing a high-end build, not starting one. The battery bank alone justifies a serious look. Two Lithionics 12V 315AH GTX batteries — 630 amp hours total — recently recharged and verified at 100% via Bluetooth monitoring. These are top-of-the-line American-made lithium batteries with NeverDie BMS, built-in heaters for cold weather charging, and emergency engine start capability. A single new unit runs $4,500–$5,000. Both are performing perfectly. What's working right now: - Lithionics 630AH battery bank (Bluetooth-verified 100%) - Havelock wool insulation throughout - Mascoat spray-on insulation coating - Dometic Mini Heki skylight with integrated blackout curtain and bug screen - Fold-out countertops - Dining and living area - Rear garage storage (fits skis, bikes, etc.) - Under-bench storage - Aluminum interior framing What's installed and needs reconnection/testing: - Kisae 3000W pure sine wave inverter/charger with 100A charger and transfer switch - Solaria Power XT 400W solar panel (one of the lightest per sq ft, 20%+ efficiency) - Cruise N Comfort undermount air conditioner - MaxxAir Fan Deluxe with rain cover and bug screen - Empava 1800W two-burner induction cooktop - Vitrifrigo 5.3 cu ft fridge/freezer (configurable: fridge/freezer, fridge/fridge, or freezer/freezer) - Double-access sink (usable from inside or outside) - Sterling BB alternator charger - Victron BMV712 battery monitor - Victron GX Touch 50 - Four 120V outlets These components were all functioning before the incident described below. Most were not in the path of the damage. An electrician or experienced van builder could likely get most systems running with reconnection and testing. Recent service history ($2,800+ in documented work): Knock sensor replaced, all front and rear brakes replaced, ABS diagnosis performed, oil change completed. All receipts and shop records in hand. A note on the ABS dash light: Diagnosed as the Left Rear Tone Wheel. Road debris was found near the sensor, cleaned, codes cleared, but they returned. A straightforward repair — we have all shop records documenting the diagnosis. --- What needs finishing and why: The previous owner left water in the water heater tank over a Vermont winter. The tank burst, causing water damage to wood paneling in one section of the van and requiring removal of some cabinetry. The water heater and Espar diesel heater were removed. The damage is localized and did not affect the battery bank, most electrical components, or the structural integrity of the build. Water-damaged panels have been cleaned and treated. We drove this van from Vermont to North Carolina without issue. Components that need replacing (~$2,300–$2,800 in parts): - Slide-out expanding shower enclosure - Thetford cassette toilet - Victron SmartSolar MPPT 100/30 charge controller - Espar diesel heater (7,500 BTU) - Water heater --- What you're getting: A 2021 AWD Transit with barely any miles, a premium battery system worth $9,000–$10,000 new, professional insulation, and tens of thousands of dollars in installed components — not a gut job. The hard parts are done. Documentation on hand: - Shop records for $2,800+ in recent service - Bluetooth battery health screenshots (100% on both Lithionics units) - Full build spec sheet from the original conversion - ABS diagnosis records - Clean title Cash or certified funds. Happy to accommodate a pre-purchase inspection.
