Converted box truck. When I bought it, it was a laundry truck. It is almost completely converted to a camper. It has a 30 AMP RV plug and I have the cables and extension cable. There is a battery there, but I never got the converter and inverter installed. But the truck is wired for electric. But the LED lights need the converter to connect to the battery still. I never could decide if I wanted a hand pump water supply or create a hookup for water. It has a sink installed and I have the hose for it. You will just need to install the intake and tanks for water if you want to go in that direction. I was using a compost toilet. There is space for a second bed underneath the bunk or you can use it for storage. I had a space for my daughter below for her desk, books and study space. You can decide what you need that space for. It is cozy and definitely a DIY project. But I loved it. I have decided to move in a different direction. I'm asking $27,000 OBO. There is not much left to do to make this into a complete project. It depends on what your needs are. It has a mini split A/C. Runs great. I had just installed it completely a few months before I parked it. It kept the place comfortable for sure. Message for serious inquires only. I'm still making payments on it and the title is with the bank. As soon as it's sold, you'll get the title.
