Seller's Description

Converted cargo van. Seats 2, sleeps 2. Powerful 5.4 v8, runs great. Many new parts such as, fuel pump, throttle body, plugs. Coils, alternator and more that I'm sure I'm forgetting. My wife and I just took the van out west for three weeks across Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and Utah. The rig runs great, fits anywhere and very comfortable for road trips or off grid extended stays. Up top is an Outequip ac/ heater that runs off the 400ah lithium batteries. The ac has run at 63 degrees for 11 hours on the batteries. The solar set-up is Renogy. A DC to Dc charger is installed so the lithium batteries will charge while you're driving down the road even if the sun is not out. A 12v chest type refrigerator runs off solar or shore power. 12v ceiling lighting and a 12v oscillating fan also run off the house batteries. A 110v power strip is installed so you can hook up to shore power. A 1500 watt power inverter is also conveniently tucked away in the rear battery closet where you can plug in the power strip if you want. A flushable rv toilet is mounted in the rear of the van with a 25 gallon Blackwater tank installed under the van where the spare tire originally was. A rv sewer discharge valve is tucked under the rear of the van making emptying the Blackwater tank a breeze. A million times better than a Cassette toilet. A 25 gallon freshwater tank and a 12v water pump handles all the toilet duties. Under the van on the driver side is a 6 inch diameter pvc tube that holds the sewer discharge hose. Inside the cabin is where you'll find the benches that pull together to form the full size bed. There's plenty of storage under the benches and two deep storage bins next to the benches. We have enjoyed this van on many road trips and weekend excursions. The van is two wheel drive but has a 4wd look to it. I have installed aftermarket Fuel XD wheels and 265/70R 17 tires. The tires have about 15,000 miles on them. Up front, the van has a Bluetooth radio and ice cold ac and hot heat. The paint is realistically 5 out 10. It looks good when clean but....it you won't win any car shows. No rust. The frame is solid and strong. 2 inch receiver hitch with brake controller out back. The van is about 85% complete. Selling due to needing something bigger for us and the 4 grandkids. Asking $18,000 willing to negotiate some.
