Seller's Description

I have a 2013 Chevy express extended 2500 that I converted into a camper/multi-use vehicle. In great mechanical shape as I am a mechanic and fabricator for living just had a tune up/service done transmission flush New torque converter and external transmission cooler installed all for preventive maintenance. The camper itself is set up super universal depending On what you wanna do with it. I do a lot of activities so I set it up so I can do all of them out of one unit from sleeping 5 people on 3 week road trips which we have done multiple times. Or racing motocross/hunting the next weekend. To achieve this the first thing I did was had a extended Fiberine fiberglass top put on which made a huge difference i had the top custom built with 1/2 inch playwood installed in the walls and the roof so hanging cabinets solar. panels Rock rack is no problem Can take all the weight and has way more room and you could stand inside 6ft.4 inside heights. Then insulated the whole Van with sound detenning then 3M insulation. On top of that to keep it nice and warm at night and cool in the day. Which is easy because it has a Eberspacher Airtronic AS3 D2L diesel heater not a cheap Chinese one I have done many nights below freezing and stays very warm with ease. built a custom 7 gallon diesel tank that's mounted underneath for the heater alone it can run 24 hours on one gallon of diesel very efficient and quiet. The ac is a portable unit you can take In-N-Out sometimes in Winter I take it out just to have more room. All of this is powered by a big echo flow battery/inverter i can go 5 days running the fridge full-time and the heater all night and still have 30% left. That's why I never installed Solar has 2 outlets on each side in the van plus 4 outlets on the unit and it has a 30 amp 120v plug built-in with a charging port or extra outlet on the bumper. And another outlet in the front right wheel well to charge the engine battery when not in use. The couch pulls out into a bed and also has seat belts for three people that is built in. There is also a ton of storage under the couch. That's where we keep most of our stuff. We use often pots pans etc. The Queen bed in the back can be installed or removed in about 5 minutes depending on how you want to configure it. It's built so you get fit a rubber may container underneath it. You can store a lot of things underneath there for a long trips and the porta potty also fits underneath the bed so you can just pull it out when you need it and it's right there. The top bad also comes in and out or can be used for storage and it is too different lengths. About 4 feet and then with the second panel just over 6 feet long. I have slept up there many times and I have 2 sons That would also stay up there all the time. It will come with a pads that I use for UP there. If you have a lot stuff to carry and still want a bed. I would take the bottom bed out and leave the top one in and you could carry a lot of various things. including full-sized dirt bike. You can fit two full size bikes if you move the fridge off to the side. Which is included and works awesome it can be one big fridge or take down to freezing temperature. The front seat is on a swivel so you can turn it around and eat dinner on the table built onto the door or just for hanging out purposes most people just bought in a swivel and then the seats are different. Highs but I decided to cut the base modify it and weld it back together with extra bracing so it's the same height as the driver seat. The main part of the heater is mounted underneath the driver's seat has a hose you can pop on to it to direct the hot air where you want. Also has a carbon monoxide sensors right next to it just in case. And a fire extinguisher. Has a onboard air compressor which is mounted? Underneath. with hose for filling up tires blowing the unit out or whatever else you need it for definitely a nice to have. There is also extra storage in the front above the driver's compartment that has 2 panels. You can make it shorter or longer depending on your needs and that's also worth the battery and inverter which is one compact unit that you could also pull out and use anywhere else including your house? is stored. Has two bilt in storage cabinets one on each side. Plenty of room to add more If you need it. below the storage cabinet is the power distribution box. I built it all into a stainless steel unit with control panel and dimming switches for all the lights also has pigtails to run flood lights on Magnets you could stick on the outside wherever you want. Overall a great Van in great shape that you could set up To accommodate many different needs ready to go. We have had nothing but great times in the van only reasoning for selling is we are moving to a different house and have to let some things go. Pastes smog no problem title in hand second owner my friend bought a brand new. If you have any questions just let me know Thanks For looking.
