Seller's Description

My wonderful van is priced to sell. I love my van as a friend who has gone on some great adventures with me. I am of an age where staying home is best for me. I used to backpack and hike everywhere. Eventually I grew old enough where I wanted a simple indoor traveling space to cook, sleep, and hangout when it was windy, raining, or cold. After I bought the van I had Colorado Camper Van put on a popup. This added additional headroom and sleeping space. The popup has zipper windows all around it and are in great shape with screens, or see through vinyl, or shut. The sleeping platform comes with cushions. The panels and pillows can be stacked when not in use. I slept below and never used them so they are unused. Somewhere along the line the popup developed a parasitic draw. I unplug the fuses when I'm not using the van eliminating the issue. The engine works great. I bought it in good shape as the previous owner loved and babied the van. I have made sure to have oil changes every 3000 mi. I bought it with the bed platform and built out the rest myself. I kept the interior living space simple to avoid a lot of maintenance. It does have a sink with simple plumbing. I bought a cooler for $1000 that will freeze or keep food cold. I used a portable power source for it to plug into. For a stove, I used a propane camp stove or a one burner electric stove top when I was camping with an electrical hook up. I put in a captains chair on the passenger side front seat to add additional seating. I used camping ground outhouses or a portable lou. The tires were on the van when I bought it and are near brand new. They are great for back country roads.
