2005 Savana 2500 Campervan Conversion

I built this van out 100% on my own and can answer any question. Van came from Seattle, WA with 56k miles and has lived in Phoenix, AZ since. 98% of miles are highway. ~13mpg average w/ 31 gal tank (75-85 on hwy, would improve with lower speeds...) 4.8L V8, RWD 20' bumper to bumper length, 53" floor to ceiling height inside the van. No mechanical problems. Typical GMC paint on these peels... Small scrapes and dings are present. Rear bumper is slightly dented. Title and registration are clean. Emissions tested and passed every year. I have the entire maintenance history since I purchased in 2020 (56k miles on odo when purchased) and will hand over. No major or minor issues. This thing has been a breeze! All major services have been completed on-time. Easy and cheap maintenance! I used closed cell foam insulation (1 layer to fill corrugated floor, then 1 on top) for the floor insulation, followed by 1" treated Birch plywood. Expanding foam around the edge to lock it in place and seal. Peel and stick flooring on top. Walls are 3M Thinsulate (1.75') and have sheep wool bunched at the bottom 2'. Walls are shiplap pine. Ceiling is 3M thinsulate (1.75") and tongue n groove pine. I placed a ceiling vent towards the rear (no fan). I installed a swivel plate for the passenger seat.
