Everything works very well. In all around great condition. The van gets about 16-18 MPG. This well-built camper build out includes: electric sink with fresh and grey water storage. The counter top features an easy to clean backsplash backsplash. Two burner stainless steel propane cook top. Overhead storage. Drawers and cabinet storage. 6” memory foam mattress for two – the sleeping space is super comfortable. Dining area seats for 2 people. Tons of well-appointed storage throughout. Manufactured “wood floors” that are very easy to keep clean. LED adjustable ceiling lights throughout – the lights are dimmable. Inverter with outlets and USB ports. Deep cycle battery that charges independently. Divider curtains – between the cockpit and the “living” area. Reflective, insulated, blackout window covers for all windows – back, windshield and driver/passenger. The van is very well insulated in the floors, ceiling and walls. Wired for 110 outlets if desired. Includes tow package as well. This build out is simple yet elegant, efficient and functional, well thought out and easy to maintain. It all runs off grid, no RV site needed! The van does NOT have any solar as it is unnecessary. As mentioned above, there is a deep cycle battery that charges independently. We have put only about 10,000 miles on the van since we did the build out so everything is essentially new. It is a great van! We love spending time in it but, unfortunately with a seasonal business to run, we just don’t have as much time to use it as we’d like. That’s the good, here’s the bad: Cracked windshield – not bad and does not get in the way when driving. SALVAGE TITLE – the van was in an accident and because of the cost of replacing the airbags system was more than half the worth of the vehicle it was considered salvaged. I have all of the receipts for this. The rebuild of the airbags was done extremely well and the van is like new. There was no other damage to the van, it runs great! It has passed the vehicle and VIN inspections for salvaged titles in Montana and has no issues what so ever that I know of. We also had no issues insuring it. This is an excellent deal on a really great, comfortable camper van!
