**If you pick it up in two weeks or less we will drop the price down to 28000 starting from January 16th! ** This is a limited time offer. Once two weeks is up, the price will go back up. We are trying to sell before our move to help with our moving expenses, but if it isnt gone before we leave then we dont have the same incentive to sell at what is a loss. But our loss is your gain, but it wont stay this price for long! If you can at least purchase it before we leave, we can honor the price and set up for you to pick it up from a family/friend of ours. ***We leave out of state on February 9th and it will then be held by a family/friend for us after that. So we can only provide videos and paperwork we have at that point as we will be out of state. They have agreed to give keys and such to the future buyer but anything outside of that would depend on their ability to do so/schedule for you to see it in person before purchase if requested. We would like to go through this sites service for the transaction so it is secure and an easy for all parties involved-especially since we are going to be out of state-so upon seeing it before purchase, please keep in mind you may still have to wait for the paperwork to process before taking it home same-day (if same-day is possible) and we may have to consider looking into that together and planning accordingly. This is our 2006 Ford E450 econoline shuttle bus that we have lived in for over six months! We love our bus, but my partner wants to pursue work in an area that will require us to move back into an apartment and we have also not been able to travel in it like we hoped. So we are considering selling it under the right conditions. We bought it mostly converted and have added thousands of dollars in repairs and upgrades since living in it full time. (Some photos may be old and not show all current upgrades) It has: -only 30,000 miles! Gas 6.8L Triton V10 engine which is considered, quote "robust and reliable" not to be confused with the diesel engine -350watts of solar with working outlets throughout the bus-for phone charging, for example -dimmable lights- main lights, lights under the counter in 2 different spots, and lights above the bed and shower -40 gallon freshwater and 30 gallon Grey tank -water heater -large counter space and deep, metal kitchen sink -a shower and portable toliet -closet for hanging clothes, small shoe rack -hidden storage as well as storage throughout -a queen sized bed with storage underneath -2 burner propane stove with monitor for gas for safety -max x airfan with remote and rain sensor -*updated forgot to mention* brand new starlink internet in box with mount for installation if desired included - When on, the bus has working heat and ac. When off, we use our zero breeze 3 portable ac unit with 2 rechargeable batteries, that also has a heat mode. Provides extra cooling and heat when the bus is off, which is included in the bus purchase as well as a remote for it -partially insulated -magnetic knife block for knifes and utensils -pegboard with accessories for extra storage -mounted curtain rods with black out curtains on every window -a fridge with a small freezer section -2 seats up front, one for driver and passenger (hard to find) -a table and seating area with hidden storage under the seating, that also converts into a couch or second pull out bed with custom cushions -additional accessories such as hanging lights and floor rugs -its the perfect size for driving and parking, 24ft long -We have walk through videos and videos of the outside and engine.- Im sure there is more im forgetting so feel free to send a message and ask.
