Seller's Description

Hi, My name is Josh, I’m selling my 2010 Ford E250 cargo van with a factory-installed hightop. It was originally built for transport and wheelchair accessibility. The van currently has only a driver’s seat—no passenger seat. There are steps at the side door for easy entry. All windows are tinted for privacy. Inside, there’s a twin bed with a sleeping bag. I lived in the van for about a year but mainly used it for occasional travel while working an in-office job. I moved it every few days and kept it well maintained. It comes with an EcoFlow power station (the largest model) which powered my plug in fan no overhead fan installed or electrical. My devices, and a plug-and-play T-Mobile WiFi unit that worked great for remote work. Lights function inside and out. Price: $6500 — just the van if you would like EcoFlow power bank 8,500 If you don’t want the EcoFlow, let me know and I can adjust the price. Pros: • Hightop for comfortable standing room • Powerful EcoFlow power station included • Tinted windows for full privacy • New battery installed Cons: • Some rust around the doors (present when I bought it; hasn’t worsened) • The dashboard information sensor needs replacing (~$300). This causes the dash lights to flicker on/off, but it does not affect the car’s actual functions (lights, gas gauge, driving, etc.). A mechanic confirmed this. I’ve driven it across multiple states with no issues. • Exterior could use a wash from being parked for a while. I’m selling due to personal life changes—my father passed away eight months ago, and I’m planning extended travel. I’m a motivated seller as I’m leaving at the end of the month. The van currently has no plates or insurance, so I’m hoping to sell soon to avoid it getting towed. I’m available every day this week for viewings. Price is negotiable. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
