Overall length is 22' 3". Width is 96" Height is just under 10'. Dry bath with a cassette toilet. 42 gallon fresh water and 40 gallon gray water tanks. Tankless propane water heater. All appliances are AC power so they are easy and inexpensive to replace if needed. Couch folds out to a full size bed and a single bed over the cab. Desk area with seatbelt. Lots of inside and outside storage compartments. Can include battery, alternator charger and inverter system for extra fee. Vehicle is a 1997 E Superduty (450). Mileage 41,000 All work done less than 1,500 miles ago. New Koni shocks. New spark plugs and coil packs. Steering stabilizer. 6 New tires with balance beads.
