Seller's Description
1994 Ford E150 Camper van with 60,000 miles. The van is insulated with 1 inch thick r-tech insulation. This insulation is mold, moisture, and bug proof. Ceilings, walls, and floors are all insulated and sealed with tyvek tape. The van stays warm! The interior is made from reclaimed cedar and redwood. All wood is locally sourced throughout the Santa Cruz area. A natural cedar aroma occupies the interior of the van. The floor is carpeted with an indoor/outdoor rug that is easily removed for cleaning or changing. Under the carpet is a 5/8 thick plywood floor and insulation. There are 3 large cabinets, each with one shelf, and a small cubby for easy items that need to be easily accessed. Beneath the cabinets is a long storage area. This compartment is ideal for surfboards/skis/camping gear or any other “oversized” items. The bed measures 7 feet long and 46 inches wide. It folds to create a couch big enough for 3. There is plenty of head room to sit down and not bump your head. The ability to fold the bed while not in use is crucial to maintain flow and accessibility in the camper. The bed is fastened to the structure with 2 sts earthquake screws, allowing for an easily removable bed with plenty of strength. Removing the entire bed is ideal for bicycles, dirt bikes, or just for transporting big items around. Several storage options under the bed. Van is vented with a high power exhaust fan. The vent keeps the temperature down in the summer or while cooking. Features 3 speeds and has an exhaust/intake mode. This vent is the best! There are a total of 4 windows that open, awning style, in the rear. Each window has a simple insulation board for warmth and privacy. The sink is an easy to use pump action. Two pumps fills an 8 oz glass. The stainless steel sink sits on reclaimed redwood and is connected to (2) 5 gallon jugs. One for fresh water and one for grey water. Both are simple to disconnect and change out. Comes with propane fueled, moveable stove. There are 6 lights located throughout and can be easily controlled by a remote with different settings. The van is in excellent condition. It is in perfect mechanical condition and is ready to be driven. I have every maintenance record since it’s original sale in 1994. It was painted three years ago and has zero rust. Breaks, radiator and a few hoses have been replaced in the last 6 months. Clean title and registered! No dents or scratches on the exterior. The temperature gauges on the dashboard and the radio are currently not working. They went out during the removal of the wheel chair lift in the rear.
