Sold - 2018 Ford Transit Connect w/ Buildout

Meet Viva the Van! She's awesome. She has been my ride or die for the last 7 years, doubling as a daily driver and adventure mobile. I bought her brand new in 2018. My buddy did a custom buildout, with nice craftsman woodwork in the back cargo section. Thule surf racks on top. Wooden platform in the back cargo area with cushions. The section of the platform closest to the driver and passenger chairs is on hinges and can attach to caribeaners on the ceiling to secure it in a recliner position for reading/relaxing in the van before you go to bed. Otherwise you have to be a bit scrunched when sitting up unless you're under 5'3". (Rolling drawer under platform for easy access to anything that is stored underneath. Wood on the ceiling (it feels like a cozy boat nook when you're sleeping in it). Back windows allow for better visibility while driving. She parks easy. Fun fact - I had a 2013 Prius before getting this van. My prius was 3" longer in front to back length - so this is easier to park. 73K miles. Had a new transmission put in at 60K. In very good condition (missing one hub cap and one scratch on exterior but overall in quite good shape. Has had regular oil changes and routine maintenance since purchase. The transmission was the only major expense or significant work she's needed. Gets ~20 MPG in town, and ~23 on the freeway. Super fun for short local adventures. Although I've taken her up to Oregon and South to Baja and she did great everywhere in between. One person can sleep super comfy, two can definitely fit!
