Adorable and desirable Roadtrek 170 model, incredibly easy to drive and park. I've owned it for three years and have driven it regularly, which is very important for the longevity of these vehicles. Too much work done to list, but rest assured all the Dodge 'must dos' have been done. Along w pretty fresh A/T tires, brakes all around, lower steering column replaced (hard to find part), new 3 way fridge, portable propane tank workaround (I prefer it). Radio is non working, I'll leave it to you to pick your preference. I have some spare parts I've hoarded that will go with the purchase. Curtains convey, Fiamma awning is intact, hot water heater works, furnace has had board replaced and it works, interior parts of Fantastic Fan have been replaced, Magnatek converter professionally replaced. Two 100ah house batteries included. Class IV Hitch. Inside and outside shower. Kitchen faucet upgraded to fancy Price Pfister pull-out. Toilet works. Drains drain. Paint a tad shabby, dings to be expected but doors shut and power locks and windows work. Located in central/northern Maryland. Selling bc I got an inheritance and will be consolidating to one no build daily driver van for work needs.
