Seller's Description
This is our seventh van build in our little side hobby. We build vans to be stealth with high quality workmanship and the basic power/water/sanitation needs. Simple ideas for ease of use and less likelihood of breaking in the rolling earthquakes these vans are. The basics: 1997 Ford Econoline E250 cargo van, 5.4 L V8 Titian engine, automatic, AC, AM/FM stereo, 16 inch wheels. 154,000 miles, new radiator, hoses, fluids, serpentine belt, air filter, and oil change. 2 sets of keys. She may be an old girl, but she is solid and runs like a dream. The build: Cedar interior over insulated walls and ceiling, tile counter top, deep sink with usb charged faucet, cabinets and night stand. Full bed with tons of storage underneath. Passenger seat swivels towards the back. Linoleum floor with a rug overlay. Battery isolator, 1000w inverter, one battery and 12v system that runs a dimmable light at the sink, reading light with usb outlet at bed, voltage meter, and extra auxiliary plug (cigarette lighter) at the back (for paddle board pumps or the like). Honey bucket toilet secured under the bed to use as needed, we have found these to be the easiest to deal with and the least odorous (with cedar chips or pine pellets). Window covers for the back windows and a black out curtain between the cab and back. Asking $13,500. But feel free to make an offer. Text [contact info removed]
