Seller's Description
Owner built camper van designed to feel like a cozy cottage. Equipped with two 200w fold out solar panels and 3000w power bank, composting toilet, sink, plug in electric cook top, electric 500 watt wall heater, roof vent, and plenty of storage. Power bank would last me 4-5 days off grid. The wall between the drivers seat and cabin makes it feel like a true tiny home—when the doors are closed, you will forget you're in a van! The wood work and artistic detail make this a truly special, one of a kind camper van. I chose natural materials where possible, including havelock wool insulation, ECOS paint, and a mattress pad made of organic material. I'm sad to let this beauty go, but feel called on to the next chapter of life of international travel. I drove her all the way from NY to Southern Cali and back—it drives great, and I even went off road a bit. Some minor cosmetic damage occurred on the road—a hairline crack in the front windshield and a paint scratch on the side body. Before I bought it there was some cosmetic damage on the roof. Roof fan does not work but can be replaced (costs about $250 for a new MaxxAir fan). Bones are great and the inside looks perfect! Outside damage can be easily fixed—I can provide buyers a credit of $1,500 to fix the windshield and paint scratches upon request.
