Seller's Description
Campervan built with extended off-grid stays in mind (massive power system, shower, water tanks, toilet, pet storage space) you do not need any grid ties with this van. Fully operational and just needs some minor trim pieces which the next owner can choose to finalize whatever color scheme they like! We have traveled on 3-4 trips in this van and the longest up to Montreal and back. We aimed to create a high-end van using the best fixtures and appliances for a good price. Currently selling this because we just had a baby and can't fit a car-seat in this safely. Ready to road trip across the country! Systems: -Massive 42 Gallon fresh water tank -Huge 7 Gallon Hot water heater (5-8 minute hot showers) -20 Gallon Grey water Tank -Thetford Cassette Toilet (Folds out of waterproof door in shower) -PEX compression plumbing -570Watt Roof Solar -300Ah LiFePo4 Batteries -3000W 120v Inverter -50Amp Renogy Dc/Dc Charge Controller charges off solar or vehicle alternator, Bluetooth to view status -1500W Microwave -1800W Induction Cooktop -15amp LiFePo4 Smart charger for campsites -Maxxair Fan -Nautilus Shower Door -Hicense 120v Refrigerator/Freezer -High end Laminate flooring -Pivoting captains seats -Custom storage area just for cats, can be removed to put in regular storage shelves. Pro's- -Still room for customization, but this build has the best-of-the-best electrical and plumbing systems. -Heat and AC work amazing, brand new HD alternator ($1000) installed very recently, brand new vehicle battery. -Plenty of power to install an AC Unit -Room to add another 100Ah of LifePo4 battery storage! -Priced to sell fast Con's -Needs final trim on some surfaces, and around windows -Front-left daytime running light is out and needs a new connector, custom connector -2 check engine codes have been on the dash for a while, the first for an exhaust leak, very common, the second for an O2 sensor, because the catalytic converter is not performing above 95% efficiency. We've had these codes for multiple trips and they don't affect the drivability, to fix them though it will likely cost $2-3,000 so the price reflects this discount. The van will slowly increase in miles as I drive it every few days to work.
