This is an older van but it's in great shape! We've put a lot of mechanical work into it the last few years and it's running great. We can provide tons of maintenance records as well. Has solar power and propane for plenty of off grid energy. The propane runs the furnace and fridge, and the electrical system handles lights, AC, water pump, vent fan, and anything you'd need to plug into the inverter. There is a big fresh water tank for the sink. The back is partially torn out (prior water damage on the subfloor) and ready for you to put the finishing touches on to customize the build. All the main appliances and the bed work fine as is. Comes with memory foam mattress, portable toilet, and leveling blocks. The awning outside is great for shade! We've had a ton of fun with this van, but just had a baby so we're not able to use it as much now. Price is negotiable and possible seller financing available.
