They literally ate the aluminum elbows, I included a pic of this. I did not see any mouse activity inside the van. AC is not working because of this. There is some rust and some dings and dents. Looks great from 20ft. I purchased it as a former medical shuttle, it had seats and a lift. I removed all of that, as well as the interior panels and floor. Added sound proofing and insulation before reinstalling the interior. I used it with a full mattress but there is room for a queen, There are no water tanks and plumbing, I prefer simplicity and not having to deal with winterizing it. I would be glad to go over it in more detail if interested. From the outside, its plain enough for boondocking. I never got the "Knock" at 2am and the curtains do a great job not letting any light out. Sale will happen in Lake St Louis, MO at my local bank down the street. It must be a cash deal and I do not need any assistance selling the van. Bottom line, this could be a cheap way from someone to get traveling as long as can live without the AC.
