ABOUT: This 2017 Ram Promaster has been my reliable companion, and I'm excited for it to find its next owner who will appreciate and use it! I purchased it empty in summer 2023 and built it out enough to live in during a Colorado season. The van runs smooth as butter and has been incredibly reliable. BUILD DETAILS: NO ELECTRICITY OR PLUMBING installed. This is a partial build perfect for someone who wants most of the foundational woodwork and insulation done and is ready to customize the rest to their specific needs. I used premium grade wood from Home Depot and Havelock's sheep's wool for insulation. RECENT REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE (All within last year with receipts): - New tires (Big Foot A/T II LT225/75R16 115/112R E) - New battery (replaced just a couple weeks ago) - New front windshield - Brake pads and rotors replaced - EVAP canister vent valve ESIM and seal - Parking brake shoe replacement - Wheel bearing replacement (rear hub and rear e-brake shoes) - Regular oil changes and fluid services CURRENT CONDITION: - close to 129k mileage - Runs excellent and smooth - No mechanical issues - Only issue: Tire pressure indicator light stays on despite proper tire pressure (see dashboard picture) - Minor cosmetic items: Some train grease stains on back windshield and front bumper (see pictures) WHY I AM SELLING: I bit off more than I could chew with this build project. I’m excited to pass on the van to someone who can complete the vision.
