2017 Ram Promaster High Roof 159’ Partial Build

ABOUT: This 2017 Ram Promaster has been my reliable companion, and I'm excited for it to find its next owner who will appreciate and use it! I purchased it empty in summer 2023 and built it out enough to live in during a Colorado season. The van runs smooth as butter and has been incredibly reliable. BUILD DETAILS: NO ELECTRICITY OR PLUMBING installed. This is a partial build perfect for someone who wants most of the foundational woodwork and insulation done and is ready to customize the rest to their specific needs. I used premium grade wood from Home Depot and Havelock's sheep's wool for insulation. RECENT REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE (All within last year with receipts): - New tires (Big Foot A/T II LT225/75R16 115/112R E) - New battery (replaced just a couple weeks ago) - New front windshield - Brake pads and rotors replaced - EVAP canister vent valve ESIM and seal - Parking brake shoe replacement - Wheel bearing replacement (rear hub and rear e-brake shoes) - Regular oil changes and fluid services CURRENT CONDITION: - close to 129k mileage - Runs excellent and smooth - No mechanical issues - Only issue: Tire pressure indicator light stays on despite proper tire pressure (see dashboard picture) - Minor cosmetic items: Some train grease stains on back windshield and front bumper (see pictures) WHY I AM SELLING: I bit off more than I could chew with this build project. Rather than letting it sit costing me monthly parking and insurance while I'm not using it, I'd rather see it go to someone who will complete the vision and enjoy it. I've adopted a vehicle-free lifestyle and am ready to invest my finances elsewhere. This van has been a blessing to me and I'm excited for its next chapter!
