Seller's Description
Travel in stealthy low-key mode while living in the highest style. Newly built Van Life Van with a yacht finish and renogy electronics system. Hand-crafted woodworking including teak and mahogany counter tops with cedar paneling. Bench seat turns into a nearly full-size bed with a custom upholstery mattress and teak overhead. Blackout window inserts with nature scenery on fabric tiles to create a warm feel no matter where you are. Cupboard and cabinet doors made out of carbon fiber and cedar. For the motor, new water pump, new radiator, and new upgraded 125amp alternator done at Steve's Automotive. Upgraded Alternator is to accommodate the 40amp dc/dc charger for the 200ah AGM house battery bank. 120vac shore power connection with a 10amp charger. 100watt solar system, upgradable for 3 more 100watt panels. New rear tires and front-end inspection from Les Schwab. New Bilstein steering stabilizer. Brakes are good but does come with separate set of brand new set of front brakes and rotors from Detroit Axel. Battery space, with minor modifications, for future upgrade to 2, 200ah lithium batteries, and a 60-amp dc/dc charger. 12v DC shunt and 120v AC shunt to read power supplies. 1000ah inverter for the 14" flat screen TV. Plenty of 120vac outlets for a coffee pot, a laptop, or a gaming system. Small portable toilet and propane shower. 1.25 gallon per minute 12dc water pump with 2 freshwater tanks totaling 27 gallons of capacity. Small 2-gallon grey water tank with a quick drain hose. Quick connect washdown faucet at both the side door and rear door. 12vdc/120vac fridge/freezer removable cooler as well as indoor portable propane heater and 2-burner stove. Built-in isolated security cameras system as well as a recordable dash cam and reverse camera. Blue tooth sound system with equalizer for gaming or movies. There is so much storage space, including drawers and cupboards, as well as a 36"x18" drawer with heavy-duty drawer slides in the back. Along with rear and side awnings as well as bug and black out curtains, this is great for the ocean fronts or inner cities. I left the rear A/C unit for cooling down the back. Van is 98% complete with minor details still needing some hands on love, but is ready for travel and looking for the right owner who wants to add their personal touch but loves traveling in style. Some finish up items still needing to be done such as some of the cabinet door handles and curtains need to be hung up. It’s a 1 ton extended van passenger with 205,000 miles. Its curb weight is 7100lbs. It was a transport van for a company I worked for that kept it serviced and in good working conditions. All service paperwork included. Does need a new exhaust system from the manifold to the muffler as the catalytic converter was stolen but I have a bypass on it right now. Can use interior love with the cabin but I did add a swivel seat. Outside has some minor body damage and faded paint. I have one used van cover and one brand new as well as lots of extra materials. Had big plans but my back kept having issues until I had back surgery and not quite able to use it like I hoped so it has very no real use since all the work has been done besides a few short, day trips. Haven't been using it the way I hoped so I figured I would post this to see if anyone wanted to take the torch. Van is sold as is!
