This van is fantastic for winter camping and ski resorts, the diesel heater and insulation keep you toasty and provide a nice dry heat to keep moisture low. We have not needed to winterize the kitchen unit but we do keep the water tanks empty when not in use. No other winterization needed for this van. Van is under 20 feet long and under 10 feet tall, fits in a normal parking spot
