Seller's Description
For sale is a 2007 Ford E-450 RV Camper Bus Conversion. With only 47,000 miles this camper is barely even broken in! My partner and I bought the bus about a year ago and have worked tirelessly to professionally convert it ever since. No detail went unnoticed as we designed, modified, and perfected everything we could. We planned to keep this one for ourselves but life had other plans and as such we have to part ways with her! With over 600w of Renogy solar panels the Goal Zero Yeti Pro 4000w battery bank can charge from the sun in as little as a day! Once charged, the system is designed to be able to run the Iceco VL-60 fridge/freezer, Maxxair Deluxe Rooftop Fan, recessed LED lighting, and charge all your devices for five days nonstop. The bus is insulated with Foamular NGX in the walls and below the floor as well as 3M Thinsulate in the ceiling. All air gaps have been sealed around the windows and doors with expanding spray foam to keep the bus leak tight and comfortable year round. For those cold winter nights (or days spent ski-bumming), the Cubic Mini Cub cast iron wood-burning stove puts out 14,000 BTU and a beautiful warm glow perfect for snuggling up in bed or kicking back in the DOT-Certified reclining swivel passenger seat. Next to the hearth is an enclosed shoe storage rack designed to heat up with the stove and dry out wet socks, shoes, etc. For cooling off the MaxxAir Deluxe Rooftop Fan draws in cool air from the sliding side glass windows and exhausts warm air out the top and is spec’d to exchange all the air in the bus every minute. For those hot summer days there is an engine-driven ceiling mounted supplemental unit that does a great job keeping the bus cool even in 90+ degree heat! The kitchen cabinet is custom built to accommodate a Camplux 3-burner Propane Stove and Oven Combo and 18x18 inch stainless steel sink with sprayer hose. There is plenty of space in the cabinets and drawer to accommodate all cooking utensils as well as additional water storage or propane. In the back of the bus you will find a Helix Deluxe Queen-Sized Mattress on a hinged platform to allow easy access to the Iceco VL-60 Fridge/Freezer combo below. For clothes storage there is a lighted cedar-lined wardrobe next to the bed with built in mirror to help you look your best while on the road. Underneath the couch there is a (new, never used) Boxio composting toilet designed with smell (or lack thereof) in mind for smaller spaces like the bus. Speaking of space, inside a 6’0” person can stand comfortably without fear of hitting their head on the ceiling. For additional storage the “garage” is accessible from both the inside of the bus (below the bed) and outside via the former handicap lift doors. The garage was designed to fit at least four full-size plastic moving bins in addition to 40 gallons of fresh water. Bring all your clothes, your gear, your pets anywhere in any weather at anytime. Recently installed (last 100 miles) are six brand new Falken Wildpeak AT3W Snowflake Rated All-Terrain tires to provide traction in all conditions on all surfaces year round. The wheels, underbody, and chassis have been completely prepared for harsh winter driving conditions with a full POR-15 Rust Treatment/Prevention coating. Recent (last 100 miles) maintenance includes full exchange of all fluids (engine oil, transmission fluid, differential oil, power steering fluid, engine coolant) with OEM spec, new properly torqued and gapped iridium spark plugs, spark plug coils, engine air filter, inline fuel filter, transmission fluid filter, new shocks all around, new brake calipers, pads, and rotors all around, new wheel bearings all around, full front end rebuild (ball joints/bushings, inner/outer tie rods, heavy duty steering stabilizer, sway bar bushings, new OEM fuel sending unit and float, and new OEM replacement gauge cluster. Rest easy knowing “the laundry list” has already been completed and your rig is ready to go today! We did everything with the plan that this rig would soon be carrying our family and loved ones up and down steep mountain passes and rough terrain and so everything is overbuilt and triple-checked!
