For those who have requested a video: I just posted a Youtube link for your viewing that gives a complete walk through of the camper van. My van is almost exactly like the one in the Youtube link. Only real difference is that my van has a solar panel on roof, plus a 1000-watt battery to store the solar energy. The camper is built from a Nissan NV200 van. These vans are small and can fit almost anywhere, in any parking space and even in a residential home garage. The Nissan NV 200 vans are highly reliable and, with good maintenance, can last 100's of thousands of miles. If you ever go New York City, you will see them in yellow all over town. Many cab drivers use them to carry their passengers day and night all over NYC. The van has a solar panel on the roof that runs electical systems in the van. You don't need to use your car battery for most electrical operations inside the van when you are parked somewhere. Solar energy is stored in a 1000-watt battery located in the van below the trunk and bed. The van also has a separate propane-fueled furnace which keeps you warm in cold conditions without having to turn on your car heater. The van seats four adults. All seats have seat belts for safety. The rear seats fold down within seconds to create a bed with the trunk floor area for sleeping on the road while you travel or camp. Also, when you raise the roof of the van, there is another bed upstairs. When the roof is popped open, there is a 7-foot vertical clearance. So, even if you are 6 feet+ tall, you can still stand up in the van. The pop-up roof has windows on three sides with mosquito netting. The van has a roomy closet in the rear left side and deep shelf space on top of the closet. The closet has two separate sections divided by a shelf. It also has a lock for security. The van has a very long storage space underneath the bed that extends to the front of the rear seats. The van has various DC and AC outlets and USB and 12-volt outlets throughout the van. It also has lighting throughout the van that run off the solar system. It has a fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide/ smoke alarms. The van has a "shore power" power connection and water intake connection outside on the left rear driver's side. It has a 9 gallon storage container for fresh water and another tank for "grey" water. The van has a removeable table which can be positioned in many ways for comfort and functionality when prepping food or dining, for example. The van has a small second table that flips up for use outside of kitchen window, or it can be removed completely and used via grooves on van's either side. The van has a "kitchen galley"---which includes a stainless steel sink, 2-burner gas stove, and a closet under sink. The van will also be provided with a small red microwave oven and a small air fryer which can run off shore power (or an OPTIONAL 1500-watt solar generator). A removeable, very compact 5,000-BTU Portable air conditioner will be provided, which can be used to cool the van using SHORE POWER. The van also has a nice slide out storage drawer underneath the front passenger seat. The van has an insulated floor for less road noise. The van's interior is also completelely insulated to help reduce interior heat and cold from the sun and cold weather. The van has a 3-speed motorized vent on the roof. Depending on the season, it is often all you need to keep the van cool, once you also open the slide-out, mosquito-screened windows. The van has privacy curtains all around, including the front windshield, so you can stay private during the evening and block out the sun during the day when you are sleeping, napping, changing clothes, etc. The van has a shower in the rear, which can be used with a pop-up shower tent (not included). The van has a high-quality cassette toilet. The van also has a high quality fridge/freezer underneath the rear right passenger seat. The van has LOW MILEAGE: 25,600 MILES. The van has been CAREFULLY maintained since it was bought brand new in 2021. The van is very clean inside and out. NO mechanical issues. NO accidents. Only used by me and my wife on short RV park trips only in Texas. The van and the customized work cost me $70K+. I am moving to Okinawa very soon and cannot take the van with me. I am selling it at a VERY LOW PRICE ($35K), considering its excellent condition and high quality craftsmanship.
