Seller's Description
Because life happens, I need to sell Little Nacho, my 2wd 2009 Ford Econoline camper van with 138K miles. Little Nacho is ready to hit the ground running for all your camping adventures. I purchased the van last year and did all the maintenance to get the van ready to go for this summer. The engine is in great shape, and I got the wear and tear things fixed; new shocks, the tie rods replaced, new heater hoses, and an alignment. The steering column shifter was also replaced. It's a 4.6L V8 engine that gets around 15/16 mpg. I bought the van partially built-out and have finished the conversion to a camper. Some of the upgrades I’ve made include: brand new, 6” thick mattress, new cabinet drawer fronts and pulls, upgraded electrical that includes two light switches w/ dimmers, usb charging outlets, new led lights and battery monitor, fresh coat of paint inside, brand new 40L fridge that slides out, new live edge walnut countertop, an additional fan to keep the air moving, and I added more wool insulation. Nacho also has a ceiling fan, two solar panels that charge the house battery, battery relay that charges the house battery while driving, cushioned bench with storage, passenger seat that swivels, and reflective coverings for all windows. The brand-new mattress is 54x68", so it's the width of a full size. The mattress can be oriented either side to side or lengthwise. The mattress also has a hinge so you can still access/sit on the bench if oriented lengthwise. There is 50" of clearance from the floor to the ceiling. It is a 16-year-old van so there are some minor wear and tear things like peeling paint in spots. The heater blows hot and the a/c blows cold, though occasionally, while driving uphill, the fan will cut out momentarily before coming back on. The a/c system will also make a whining/whistle noise on occasion, but it has never affected the cold air. Didn't get around to getting those checked out. Like I said, Little Nacho is ready to hit the road. Besides driving it from Denver to Missoula, and going on a few camping trips this summer, I’ve barely put any miles on it. I'm happy to share the report from the last inspection I had. In a previous life the van was a fleet vehicle that was regularly maintained. Let me know if you have any questions or want to take a look at it. Thanks!
