Seller's Description

2012 Transit Connect XLT Camper Van has 134,000 miles (and counting). Clean title. Just smogged. Just returned from 2,500 mile trip with no issues. Runs great. Cold AC! Got 26-28 mpg on highways driving 65-75 mph. The Rugged Road cooler kept ice for four days in temperatures in the mid-90s. * New transmission at 110k miles. * New tires. * New touchscreen radio with backup camera. * New battery and starter. * New AC compressor and condenser Recent camper van build: * Subfloor, cabinets and bed frame made from Baltic Birch ply. * Soundproofing and wool insulation in floor, walls and ceiling. * Uses Bluetti AC180 power station (1800 watt output) to run two single-speed Maxxair Dome Plus fans with LED ring lights (circulating air), three additional LED lights, 120v and 12v/USB outlets, and water pump. * Fold down sink with three gallon fresh and grey water containers, and using small Seaflo water pump. * Slide out bed (70.5” x 32”) with two deep storage drawers, small storage cabinet, and power station beneath. Bed frame slides out using 500 lb drawer slides. The drawers use soft close drawer slides; the Bluetti power station is on a tray with locking drawer slides that pulls out from the driver’s side sliding door (to easily move it in and out). * Wall units have shallow storage space for smalls. * Rugged Road 45 Cooler. * Front driver and passenger door bug nets. * Blackout curtains for side and rear windows attach magnetically. The camper van is currently set up as kind of a “weekender” (no solar, no fridge, no porta potti), but I took into consideration that the next owner may want more. I left space on the roof for two solar panels (one in front of each fan). Up to 500 watts of solar can be plugged into the Bluetti power station. This was a work van for most of its life, so the body is not perfect, but it’s very solid. There are a few little dings, and the hood has scratches. Nothing major. I’m happy to provide more pictures and answer any questions.
