Seller's Description
At roughly 25 feet long, this 2002 Ford E-450 bus houses a hot water shower, kitchen, Cubic Mini wood burning stove, custom bunk beds, a full sized bed, storage garage, couch/dinette, and much more. Bamboo floors, custom butcher cherry slab counters, custom cushions, and a ton of storage makes this bus stand out from the crowd. There is a new issue with the bus battery holding a charge. We haven’t gotten around to getting it looked at. Once charged, the engine runs great. This is in need of repair, and the lowered list price reflects that. With some repairs, this bus is well loved, unique, and perfect for your next roadtrip or long term off-grid living. I have really enjoyed my travels in the bus and I am sure you will too. I am moving so I am looking to sell the bus fast! Feel free to reach out with a reasonable offer or with any questions [contact info removed] Specs: The bus is run off of a 315 watt solar panel and a 200 AH battery. Across the bus there is 12v recessed lighting, 4 DC outlets, a 12v mini-fridge, a ventilation fan, and a 700W AC converter for a normal outlet. In addition, there has been a quick release seat installed for two extra seat belts. The seat can be removed and stored in the back for easier maneuverability. We also added a garmin navigation system with a backup camera. There is a 65 gallon fresh water tank with exterior fill and a dual filtration system. Below the bus, there is a 40 gallon gray water tank. The bus is a 2002 Ford Ecoline E450 with a V8 engine, 7.3L Powerstroke. It runs off of diesel and is very easy to drive. I took it across the country and it drove smoothly through mountains the entire trip. It has 85,700 miles on it and a lot of life to go. As aforementioned, there is a new issue with the battery holding a charge. We haven’t gotten around to getting it looked at. This is in need of repair, and the lowered list price reflects that (comps go for upwards of $35K) The bus’s central heating system works great, but unfortunately the AC does not work. It is about a $1,000 fix, but we have not gotten around to it. With a fan plug-in and the windows cracked, it worked well for a multi-month long road trip in the summer out west.
