2021 Ram Promaster 3500 High Roof Extended Conversion Van with only 367 miles. Wonderful opportunity to have the van of your dreams if buyer is willing to put small final touches into a van that is nearly complete. We are sellers that are more than willing to work with someone on the price and parts we have purchased and have and can give more information on what is left to be done. Van is 95% complete. All the hard work has been done. Due to medical situation with my wife we need to sell as soon as possible. Would love to find a buyer to take on last few tasks and put final personal touches on. Initially the van was being built for my wife who has MCAS, MCS and Chemical Sensitivity. Therefore, it is truly a non toxic custom build. We will be willing to negotiate as said below due to my wife's condition and the need to reluctantly sell the van rather quickly. The van has a beautiful full bathroom all Schluter and tile surround with high end fixtures and water saving options. Also, Brand New, never used Laveo Dry Flush Toilet. Van also contains a Bosch Electric Mini 4 gallon hot water heater that pulls water from a 30 gallon fresh water tank and supplies hot water to a custom large shower. Water tank also supplies the fresh water, hot and cold to the beautiful kitchen sink. The van includes freshly installed, matte white solid surface countertops with integrated white solid surface deep sink and backsplash to go up the wall for a sleek and modern touch. Plenty of custom made chemically safe cabinets. A brand new well sized Dometic 12v Refrigerator/Freezer, never been used. Custom area in back for bed with garage space underneath. Also, Promaster Fitted Grey Tank underneath. Windows are from Van Windows Direct- 1 solid door window on door, 1 behind drivers side vented window. 2 larger back windows. Fitted like factory. Has 3rd seat that is a Captains chair. The seat was purchased out of a brand new 2022 Honda Odyssey Van. Captains chair has built in seat belt attached to the seat and seat can swivel. Chair is also removable. Never been used. Brand new. Custom fitted. Professional fabrication. Havlock Wool insulation. Flooring is beautiful vinyl wood plank, with solid maple underneath. We wanted to make sure that buyer would have a durable and beautiful flooring option. 2 Max Air Fans Deluxe. Installed on front and rear of roof. 420 watts of solar that feeds power to a Victron solar charger. Includes Victron 3000 watt inverter charger and electrical set up for DC and AC. Third option for charging battery bank is with a Victron DC/DC alternator charger. The Promaster has been fitted with permanent AC and DC outlets conveniently located throughout. Marine Grade Wiring used throughout. This has been a project we were doing for my wife who has mast cell activation to help her to get to and from Dr.'s appts and longer trips. Our circumstances have changed so we are reluctantly selling this vehicle that has never been used. We are willing to negotiate on the price if someone would like to take as is and complete the small remaining projects on their own. We need to sell fast as my wife's condition calls for a different form of transportation to different hospitals and different accommodations. It has never been used. The van has a bit over 1 year left of the Manufacturers Drive-Train Warranty.
