Full size bed, Colorado live edge spalted maple counters, sealed wood hand-turned sink, 200 watt solar system with lithium battery, 24" dome skylight, woodstove with patina steel heat-shield and flagstone, insulated walls/ceiling/floor, tar paper aged pine wood walls from Colorado 1800's garage rooftop, and plenty of room for further customization. Van exterior is in good condition with original paint job, minimal surface rust. As is: vehicle must be towed. It needs new tires (current tires are aged and heavily cracked), dash cluster or new gauges, and carb/emissions tune-up/inspection. It starts and runs when given gas, but won't hold an idle.
