Sold - 2019 Ram Promaster 2500 Camper Van

I’m selling my beloved Promaster camper van! I built this with my dad in 2020, and lived in it for a year and a half while rock climbing full time. Because I no longer have the time to travel like that, I’m looking to pass this on to a new owner and downgrade to something smaller. This rig has been thoroughly thought out, fool-proofed, and tested: it’s ready to be lived in immediately. The engine has no current issues. I recently replaced the main flooring, repainted the exterior, repainted the cabinets, re-stained all of the wooden fixtures, deep cleaned, and made any small repairs needed to get it feeling like new again. Notable features: -I designed the layout to not have an overcrowded feel like a lot of van conversions do. It doesn’t feel like a dungeon when you’re living in it, natural light is plentiful, and it comfortably hosts 5 people (though my personal record is 14). -There are custom windows with screens on both back doors + another on the wall above the kitchen (tons of airflow + can be easily covered) -Fully insulated with rock wool, spray foam, and ship lap siding to hold it all in. -one-way ventilation fan above the main couch that sucks in a ton of fresh air when you crack the rear or side windows. -Custom linen curtains to cover the rear windows. -Custom black out curtain to block the cockpit and windshield when you sleep or want more privacy. -Working off-brand diesel heater with a 2 liter diesel tank in the garage. -Sink with electric pumped faucet that pulls from a 25 gallon fresh water tank. -Small and quiet compressor fridge with multiple cold settings and a freezer compartment. -Copious pantry and clothing storage -Large garage in back + huge pullout drawer for storing whatever you need. -Fixed full bed (comes with mattress if you want it). -Integrated propane tank housing that vents to the outside of the van. -Renogy solar power + 2000w inverter with two 150 amp-hour gel batteries. -Recessed lighting with dimmer + color changing LED’s. -Dimmable reading lights over the head of the bed. -Retractible dining table. -The exterior is custom painted in matte olive drab (I’ve never seen another van that looks the same). -Passenger seat has a swivel. -CB radio so you can talk to truckers on long drives. Notable caveats -Small dents on the exterior. -The sink drains straight out of the bottom. The van used to have grey water tanks attached to the bottom of the van, but they were way more trouble than they were worth. I’m sure you could add them back if you wanted to, but I found they weren’t necessary given you are conscientious about what goes in the drain.
