Seller's Description

Has 49,XXX miles (still driving it). It’s 2-wheel drive. I am the second owner; I bought it in 2020 with 31,000 miles on it. It currently seats 5 and sleeps 4. I have (3) single seat for the 3rd row, 4th and 5th row, so there is the possibility to seat 8 with the fold up bed removed. I’ve been working on the conversion myself as time allows so it’s very usable but not finished. I’ve kept the airbags in the back for the kids. Things I’ve added: -Espar Airtronic gas heater with thermostat -Elevated sleeping platform which is removable - 1 Single bed bench sleeping platform with underneath storage - 1 Single bed on hinges which folds up to get it out of the way -House electrical system -LiOn lithium battery -House lights in ceiling -external plug for charging battery -alternator charging for battery -2 additional USB outlets -2 additional 12v cigarette outlets -reading lights for upper bed and both lower beds -breakers and surge protectors -Maxxair fan -AirLift load lifter 5000 ultimate rear Air Springs for improve suspension (adjustable using bike pump) -Swivel passenger seat -New flooring, from second row back is vinyl flooring but my kids found it too cold so behind the second row I added carpet tiles on top -White Top Industries headliner shelf -Blackout shades for all windows -Cargo netting along ceiling for storage -Bug netting for sliding door, rear doors, and both front windows -Removed the headliner to make more room for elevated bed -Rerouted the rear air conditioner so that it still works without the headliner It will come with the following: - roadside emergency kit including extra tools -1st aid kit -Leveling blocks -Husky floor liners for driver/passenger -pots and pans -Coleman 2 burner stove -collapsing table with adjustable height (if you don’t want this I’m happy to keep it) -large outdoor mat to keep dust down outside the slider -DIY shade structure (it doesn’t work great. I was trying to save some money on this one but should have gone a different direction) -2 bike holder for inside -1up 5 bike recon bike rack and rakattach swing arm (included with full price offer, if we are going to make a deal it will be $1000 extra) -Cell phone holder since no navigation -Bluetooth dongle for using phone for calls, music, navigation through radio -USB LED light with magnets for exterior illumination -3 baskets for under 2nd row seating storage -Sheets for lower beds (new in July last year) and new sheets on the upper bed Projects that I haven’t completed (but have all the materials) -I have a cloth storage (similar to the Adventure Wagon Mule) for along the ceiling behind the driver -Insulate the sliding door -Insulate the rear doors and add pocket storage -Finish the upper -I’ve got 2 boxes of left over supplies that I am going to give you The bad -This is not a professional upfit. This was all done by me so it’s not perfect, i.e. there are spots were glue bled through the fabric, the fabric has some wrinkles in it, etc. IF you are looking for a professional build camper van this is NOT it. -The windshield is cracked. I was quoted $550 to have it replaced. I’ll knock off $700 and have you do it, that way you have the warranty in your name -It is NOT a full conversion. There is no water or cooking system (I have run wires incase this was a future desire). -The roof is damaged above the driver’s side (this happened before I bought it. The repair is meh, but it doesn’t leak -This van is used and has been driven all over Utah so there are a few scrapes here and there, some have been touched up I am asking $50,000. The Kelly Blue Book for a good condition van (which I believe it is) is $41,959-47,179 (with a private party value of $44,568). So, you are getting a basic conversion for a little over $5000
