There is a heater, AC unit, fridge, toilet, indoor & outdoor shower, oven, 3 burner stovetop, and a sink. The AC unit and heater are the only utilities that require ac power. The fridge, stove, and oven run on propane. Plenty of storage. The dinette table turns into a second bed and the overhead cabinets folds down for a child bed. We use this for clothing storage.
