As well, the check-engine light is off and has never been on. Oil changed regularly. Substantial Damage: None Minor Damage: The only issue is the plastic rear bumper-cover is cracked on the left side, but it’s still functional so we didn’t replace it. A new one costs $58.99. Tires: Fair condition. All-season. Includes two winter tires in similar condition. We considered replacing them but decided against it, as they still have plenty of tread and life left. Brakes and Rotors: New; all 4 brake pads and rotors were installed at 91,500 miles. Undercarriage: Good condition, very little rust. Interior: Good condition; original vinyl seats are in good shape, seat belts are good, dash, etc., all good. Glass: The windshield, side windows, rear windows, and the rearview mirror are all in great condition with no cracks or chips, and the backup cam built inside the rearview mirror works great. Cruise Control: Yes Clean Title: Yes Registration and Inspection: Current -Camper Features- Length: We went with the 148” wheelbase instead of the extended for a few reasons. First, the extended version doesn’t fit in a regular parking space. This van is just shy of 20 feet, which fits into a standard parking space perfectly. As well, some campsites have regulations for vehicle lengths. What we’ve encountered more than once is a regulation at certain campsites where the vehicle must be under 20 feet. At 19 feet 7 inches, the length of this van makes it to where you can park it in spots reserved for smaller vehicles. Even some National Park roads have regulations for vehicle length (such as the famous Going-to-the-Sun Road in Glacier National Park, which requires the vehicle to be under 21’). Height: This van is a “high-roof”. I’m 6’0 tall and have plenty of head space inside the van. I can also sit upright in the bed without my head hitting the ceiling… there’s a ton of head clearance. In terms of the height of the actual vehicle, it is approximately 9’6” tall (including the maxxair fan). Electrical: It has two Renogy 100 AH agm deep cycle 12 volt batteries. It connects to a 2,000 watt Renogy inverter, which provides 120 AC power to multiple outlets throughout the van (which work for standard household item plugs). We also have a 12V charging station with four USB ports. The batteries are charged with a battery isolator (keyline charger smart battery isolator, 12 volt 140A), which uses the vehicle’s alternator to charge the house battery to 80%+ very quickly, in about 30-45 minutes of driving or even just idling the van to top off the batteries. We intended on adding solar panels but realized we just didn’t need it, given this works so well. The fuse box is easily accessible inside one of the lower cabinets. The electrical was installed with guidance from a professional electrician, and we’ve never had any issues with the electrical. Lighting: There is a set of dimmer-switch controlled LED ceiling lights, four led for the front and four for the back. They are able to be controlled individually, which is nice if someone is still sleeping but the person up front needs some light. Plumbing: For plumbing we have a simple system of two 6 gallon clean water tanks (12 gallons total), and one 6 gallon grey water tank. We used a Seaflo pump (SEAFLO Water Diaphragm Self Priming Pump 3.0 Gallons/min (11.3 Lpm) 45 PSI), paired with the SEAFLO pre-pressurized accumulator tank (in order to give a nice steady stream of water without sputtering). There are quick-release connectors to swap the water hose on and off quickly and easily during tank re-fill or swapping from one to the other. We chose to use this tank system over an externally mounted water tank to help prevent the water from freezing in cold weather, and these smaller tanks are simple and easier to clean / maintain. Insulation: Built to be used in a New York winter, the van is thoroughly insulated with spray foam insulation, paired with (in some sections) rigid foam board insulation. Fan: MaxxAir MaxxFan Deluxe - All-In-One RV Vent, Shield & Fan; Built-In Rain Shield, 10 Speed Reversible Fan with Thermostat, Fits Standard 14"x14" Roof Openings, 12V Long Life Motor, White (00-05100K) Storage: The van has ample storage. Three upper cabinets, two lower cabinets, two drawers for utensils, pots and pans, etc. One large space that can accommodate a small composting/cassette toilet. An open headliner shelf. Under bench storage almost 6 feet in length and a large lower drawer. The garage space is about a foot high and six feet deep, with a section on the passenger side that is tall enough for storing two full-sized bicycles. Bed: The bed size is a tad larger than a queen, so we recommend king size sheets and blankets. The mattress is composed of four sections of 5” memory foam. The cushions tightly fit together and are bound with velcro to avoid them shifting around at night. The material is a spill-resistant outdoor grade fabric which can be removed (velcro) and washed in a standard washing machine. There is a bump-out like space added to the interior of the van to accommodate sleeping sideways as well. Table / Booth: One of the most unique features of the van is the modularity of the table system. The center bed panels turn into two different table tops. You can keep one table up (like a smaller booth), and the other down making a u-shaped couch. Or, you can connect both table tops to create one large table that comfortably seats up to 8 people (four on each side). Cooking: Included is a portable propane/butane single burner gas stove (GasOne 15,000 BTU dual Fuel Portable Camping Stove), which we chose over a built-in stove to maximize counterspace. It can be used to cook on any surface inside the van, on the side flip-out table, or on a picnic table at a campsite. Seating: Aside from the driver and passenger seats, there is also a removable lock-in seat which goes behind the passenger seat. This removable seat fits two adults. It was professionally installed and mounted with rigidity and safety taken into consideration. Other: It comes with black-out magnetic window covers for the rear windows, and sun reflective window covers for the windshield and front windows. It also comes with a bug net which can be used on
