2021 Ram Promaster 3500

Seller's Description

I bought this van as an empty cargo van from I5 Dodge in Centralia WA. All maintenance has been done at McCord's Dodge in Longview WA. I have added a window to the sliding door, rear windows, upgraded the rearview mirror to a camera. I have also added the following to the van: Kilmat on all walls and doors for sound deadening. Havelock wool for insulation. VanWindow Direct sliding windows on each side near the rear of the van. MaxAir fan in roof. Queen size bed. TruckFridge refrigerator: TF65 12vDC fridge with small freezer. Electrical: I used a company in Oregon called AM Solar for all components. (2) 100 Ah Battle Born Lithium Batteries, plus battery monitor. 30A Orion alternator charger. (2) 90-Watt solar panels. Victron MPPT 20A. 120A AC/DC converter. The electrical system can be monitored by an app on your phone. So you can tell what percentage your batteries are charged, how much solar the panels are bringing in and when the house batteries are being charged by the alternator, and etc. There's room in the electrical set up for a 3rd 100 Ah battery if you want. The van is currently using (2) 12V/USB charging spots, overhead lights, a reading light next to the bed, the fridge and the MaxAir fan. It has been wired for garage lights, water pump, an AC outlet, heater, and under cabinet lights. Water: I've installed a 22gallon water tank that sits over the passenger side back wheel. It is not currently hooked up to a pump. You would need to install the sink / cabinet / etc. The fridge needs a cabinet installed to hold it, but it is fully functional, and I have enjoyed it as it is. I use a bungee cord to hold it in place while driving with no problem. Things that I had on the list to do to "finish" the build that are yet to be done: A lower cabinet to hold the fridge with drawers for kitchen storage. Possibly an upper cabinet. The panels on the sliding door and the rear doors need insulation and a cover board. A cabinet to hold a sink and a gray water tank. With all of that said, I need to say I have been using the van to camp for the last few years with no issues with these items not done. In fact, I've been having such a good time camping, it was hard to stop and use the good weather to actually work on these things. I was ready to go! The fridge is plenty big to hold food for 2 people for over a week. The electric system was no issue, even off grid. The only limitation was access to water since the tank is not hooked up to a pump. The following items are included in the sale: - Webasto heater: Brand new in the box. The van is wired for it, just needs to be installed. - (2) Moon Shades: One long shade for the side of the van and one smaller one for the rear doors. - CGear sand mat: 8' x 8' - WeatherTech internal window coverings specific to Promaster for the cab area. - External white windshield cover for heat reflection and privacy. No mechanical problems, or damage. Everything works properly. I am only selling this awesome van with so much potential because my situation has changed and I can't keep her.
