Originally built by Van Damme Conversions (I do not own the rights to the YouTube video. It is also a few years old.) This van just needs a little TLC to get back to its original state! I also have screen curtains for the side and back doors (not shown). There’s also an awning which you can see in the video. The mattress is about 64” wide and 72” long. Inside floor to ceiling is about 6’2”. About 8’4” from ground to deck. Just under 9’ tall with the signal booster. About 20’ feet long and 7’ feet wide on the outside. These are rough estimates. Known Issues: Electrical: ceiling fan switch not working (works but no remote control and have to plug it in at the board), awning light switch not working Awning: Has a broken plastic part where the left leg pulls out Propane tank: Located up and under the van, has a leak somewhere (needed for stove and hot water) Solar/Charge Controller: Haven't been able to fully diagnose but I think there is an issue with the charge controller picking up the solar input. The solar works and charges the batteries (as well as the alternator) but sometimes the charge controller display doesn't seem right or throws an error. Fixing this up and living in it was supposed to be a fun relationship thing but that didn’t end up working out and I’m now ✨just a girl✨ with one income and no mechanical/electrical experience so unfortunately looking to sell!
