Wall plus ceiling panel insulation: Wool insulation, sound deadening, prep work, white painted panel walls, clear coated plywood ceiling. 'Cliffs of Moher' marmoleum flooring. Top hemp upholstery frame trim work. Furnishings: Cedar plank bed with pop out for more length for sleeping. Dimensions of bed area is 55x69 1/4. Mattress and sheets that fit the specific shape of bed area. Accessories and upgrades: Two Max fans with professional installation. Solar system yeti 1400 alternator kit, rough wiring, 100 w solar panel, six LED lights and ceiling, two 110 watt outlets, three USB ports, two light switches. Add-ons done by me: Two small open storage cabinets above bed. One IKEA cabinet for kitchen supplies plus countertop. Seat with storage. Small dresser with two drawers. Blanch(my name for her) is a beast, a workhorse and has taken me on many adventures with no problems. Strong front cab AC and heat. Bad: Rear camera works intermittently. Faulty tire pressure sensor. Small cosmetic damage includes: Small chip on front windshield which hasn't given me any trouble for the last 3 years. Small scratches to exterior paint. The Ikea cabinet has some paint chipped off the top in areas where I had tape. Maintenance: Regular oil changes every 3,000 mi since I've owned her. Newer all-terrain tires bought 2.5 years ago. New water pump plus drive belts plus cooling system kit and air filter replaced march 2025. Replaced molding on side panel due to scratches. Had a new maxxair fan plastic cover replaced after minor damage from gauging height of van incorrectly. It has been two years since incident it and still works like new. New rear brakes and rotors replace beginning of 2025. I bought just the van used in 2020 with 36, 000 mi on it then had a professional builder build out the interior. I then added some extra furnishings to build it out a little more on my own. I've owned the vehicle since 2020 .
