Hi there! I'm based in the UK and I export vehicles from Europe, South Africa, Japan, Ukraine and even Russia. With the US being the top country in the world for van life, camping and overlanding - I thought to offer folks this unique VW Transporter. The VW in question is a beautiful custom 1983 Raptor Green Transporter. Lots of work and dedication has gone into this vehicle. It has done about 118,100 miles, and comes with an aftermarket 1.9 AFN TDI engine. The van underwent full bodywork restoration, which took 19 months. Other modifications include aftermarket wheels and tyres, a custom wooden interior, headlights, bodykit, modern sound system, and a side awning. All body parts that were damaged by time and corrosion were dismantled, replaced and treated with anti-corrosion. Includes electric power steering. The van is located in Ukraine. I have a friend over there (we went to the same university in London) who takes care of all the logistics. It would be transported to me to the UK and then, I'd ship it to US. Contrary to belief, hundreds of vehicles are being transported into and out of Ukraine on a daily basis. I live in London, and we see a lot of Ukrainian number plates.
