2023 Ram ProMaster 1500 136” WB with 17,500 Miles Purchased new and converted right away, this van has always been lightly driven and mainly used for interstate travel. All maintenance is done ahead of schedule with 5k mile Full Synthetic Oil + Filter Changes. I love the ability to have service work done at any Ram/Dodge/Jeep dealer in the US as the Pentastar Engine is extremely common and reliable. We generally get around 17-18mpg on the highway. The design of the van is a classic “work and play” layout. You can use this van for quick weekend camping, mountain bike adventures, chores/projects, and you can even install some extra seating for kids or friends. This “little” van can do it all and still be easy and comfortable to drive. Being able to pull into small campgrounds and tighter sites that bigger RVs can’t go is great. Setup is basically putting it in park and tossing out the camp chair. The solar and electronics package is truly top-of-line, and provides the energy needed year-around comfort. We’ve had this van in 0F and 100F. Having both AC and Gas Heat is a gamechanger for comfort and making tough conditions fun. The van also has alternator and shore power charging for backups if it’s not sunny. All cabinets and framing are custom made for an adaptable and versatile layout. All cabinets are ¾” hardwood ply with “glued and screwed” construction. We have used this van for anything from MTB Trips to daily driving to Home Depot hauls. Bed is removeable for hauling extra cargo and has power strut frame for tying down cargo. Flooring is insulated and uses industrial rubber coin flooring that is extremely durable. Roof rack is Unistrut with Unaka Gear Promaster Brackets. All hardware on the roof is stainless steel and oversized. Room for the addition of an awning or other roof attachments (Starlink, antennas, etc.).
