Seller's Description

Fully converted Skoolie turned tiny house. The title is clean, technically a Chevy express work van. It will drive short distances with some coaxing but this little bus is tired and needs to be put to pasture. Ideal for a stationary cabin set up or mother in law suite, it’s very comfortable inside. Lived in it full time for two years, has everything you need except a shower (we used campground facilities or planet fitness) Marine grade foot pump sink with 14 gallons of portable water storage. There is space under the sink it you wanted to install lager fresh and grey water tanks. Composting toilet. Lots of storage for the size. Maxx Air exhaust above kitchen area. Full sized bed and (very comfy) couch could sleep three. The roof and walls are insulated with reflective poly foam board and the window film reflects solar hear as well - it stays cool in hot weather without A/C. Space heater keeps it cozy in cold weather too. I have a folder full of paperwork. Build out blueprints, all mechanical work, and manuals for everything. Recently started throwing a code for airflow to the throttle body, cleaning out the system did not resolve this. Our mechanic recommended diagnostics to determine whether the problem is sensor or wiring. Bus idles high in park and neutral. We recently found a leak in the transmission as well, haven’t had it looked at. We don’t have anymore time or money to get her running well again but maybe you do? As is this is a very cozy off grid cabin on wheels. There is a 300watt solar panel on top that’s wired to lights, fan, and 12v fridge. Needs a 30amp charge controller and 100ah battery to run those full time. there are regular 110v outlets in the kitchen cabinet, near the couch, and in the bedroom that you can use when plugged in to shore power. Serious inquiries only.
